Dispatch Timing
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are handled via Mail Boxes Etc. France with tracking included and no signature required. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with mandatory signature, additional costs may apply—please contact us before confirming this option. In all cases, you will receive a tracking link.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees include both handling/packaging and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. To reduce costs, we recommend grouping your items in a single order. Please note that separate orders cannot be combined and will incur separate shipping fees.
Delivery & Risk
Packages are shipped at the customer’s risk, although we take special care to protect fragile items. Boxes are amply sized and your products are well-protected.
International Shipments
We deliver internationally. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
