Dispatch Timing
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation, according to the processing time defined at the time of order. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and selected options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees include both handling/packaging and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. To reduce costs, we recommend grouping your items in a single order. Please note that separate orders cannot be combined and will incur separate shipping fees.
Delivery & Risk
Packages are shipped at the customer’s risk, although we take special care to protect fragile items. Boxes are amply sized and your products are well-protected.
International Shipments
We deliver internationally. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
